The Bristol North West Foodbank Referrers are care agencies, charities and other organisations who come into contact with vulnerable families or individuals in our local community, who may find themselves in crisis and in need of a food parcel from the Foodbank.
This is intended as a short term help, until the agency is able to help their client resolve their situation.

By registering with us as a Referrer, you will have access to an e-referral portal, which can be used to issue clients in financial crisis with a foodbank voucher. These can then be redeemed for three day’s worth of food at one of our five outlets in Avonmouth, Severn Beach, Henbury, Hotwells and Lawrence Weston.

When you request a voucher via the e-referral system, you will be required to select the location that your client wishes to collect from. The addresses and opening times for these outlets will be visible during the referral process and can also be found here. Please be sure to inform your client of the location and times.​
